In this post I am going to talk about a rather touchy topic, women and weight and the effect excess weight has on female attractiveness and a gal’s smp/mmp value.
I have always weighed heavier than I look, and I can put weight on around the middle (rather than in my hips, buns, or thighs) thanks to my partial German heritage. My mom was always on some crazy fad diet or another when I was growing up, and I watched her yo-yo between being overweight, ideal weight, and then as soon as she reached her goal right back on her way to the weight she was before.
So I decided back then I wasn’t going to be a “dieter” but instead to be a “moderator.” I eat in moderation, and for the most part that has worked for me. I usually hover about 15-20 pounds heavier than body weight charts would recommend for my height.
So while I have never been vastly overweight, I didn’t realize myself how those 15-20 pounds were making a difference in my attractiveness until after a bad break up when I dropped 20-30 pounds nearly overnight from stress, shock, and grief. I thought I looked like a skeleton, and was actually pretty self conscious of it but everywhere I went, people who didn’t know what had happened in my personal life would exclaim, “OMG!!! You look FANTASTIC!” (I was hoping we would reconcile so I wasn’t really talking about the break up hoping it was just temporary, which is why many people who only know me on a acquaintance basis didn’t realize the cause of my sudden weight loss.)
I actually had to go out and buy new pants because the ones I had literally would not stay up. I was once again wearing the same size jeans as I did in high school! Something that had not happened in 20 years.
Suddenly, men noticed me like crazy! I have always gotten my fair share of male attention, but it was suddenly OFF THE CHARTS. Of course in my heartbroken state I was not in the mood to date, so I didn’t take advantage of the situation at the time. Such is life! (Photos from that time reveal, I did look a lot better even if I didn’t feel it!)
Anyway, what I am saying is had I not experienced it myself, I never would have realized how much of a difference even 20 pounds of extra padding was making, much less 40, or 60, or more. So this is shared from personal experience, and what I am saying is not meant to shame anyone, but to reveal a red pill truth: weight matters to men. A lot.
This chart from thereulesrevisited.com showed it pretty clearly, of the controllable factors of female attractiveness, weight is by large the biggest factor one can actually do something about, followed closely by hairstyle, make up, posture, and fit of clothes. (I hope the author won’t mind me reposting it here:)
So what this shows, and based on what I experienced firsthand, I would say the SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT factor a women can and should control to make herself attractive to the opposite sex (either when looking for a mate or when with a mate she wants to KEEP attracted) is to lose excess weight/avoid weight gain.
In my writing career I have done a lot of writing about weight, health, and the health risks associated with excess weight. So while the fat acceptance and “fit but fat” folks want to not talk about this, the reality is when it comes to your health, weight is again the SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT factor you can control to reduce your risk of many of the weight-related health issues that are the leading causes of death in the United States today: diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease, metabolic syndrome, and even some cancers. So if you don’t care about it from an attractiveness standpoint, you should care about it from a health standpoint.
To make matters worse, the female body is actually DESIGNED to gain weight after puberty. Yep, it’s true! You see in the not so distant past, women who were within childbearing age needed to build up excess reserves between pregnancies as a hedge against famine. Pregnancy and even more so nursing take a lot of excess calories! So even though it is uncommon for a woman to have a child every other year or so throughout her adult life anymore, our bodies are still programmed to act like that is the plan.
In both my pregnancies I was lucky in that despite eating a healthy diet including a daily splurge of a hot fudge sundae, I had a hard time putting on weight. To the point that my doctor actually ordered the daily sundae. See I was eating very healthfully, better than I ever had otherwise, because I was wanting to build the healthiest baby possible! So I naturally changed my diet to be heavy on the fruits and veggies, light on the junk food, heavy on the healthy nutritionally dense stuff (also usually low calorie!) So when I delivered I was both times back to my pre-pregnancy weight within weeks. (I know this is not always the case, which brings me to this next part…)
After the baby arrives, and especially historically, then comes the breast feeding. And believe it or not, breast feeding burns A LOT of calories. Up to 500 a day! Imagine, the equivalent of nearly four hours working out, burned sitting on the couch snuggled up with your babe! I hope this is not TMI but I nursed both my kids until they were toddlers, not because I was particularly set on nursing, but I found my kids enjoyed it so I simply couldn’t see any reason not to. It saved a lot of money on formula and bottles and such, was exactly what their rapidly growing bodies and brains needed, and once I got past the first three months (when most women give it up because it is like having a baby bird, nursing every two hours or so, and honestly it can be claustrophobic and prevent you from getting much else done. However your body needs rest, and your baby needs bonding, so really it is as nature intended.) the kids nursed much less frequently and it was a lot more bearable. Convenient even. I worked from home, so it was easy for me to stop and nurse vs. trying to pump and all of that which from what I have seen friends go thru, can be a real trial. (Another good argument for planning ahead so you can stay home with baby rather than work. Save childcare, save money, be there for your baby and give them the nurturing that will set them up to become a future secure and healthy adult.)
To my surprise around month six I really started to see the positive side effect of nursing — I could eat like a teenage boy and hardly keep the weight on. I nicknamed my oldest “the human lipo machine” because she literally sucked out my fat stores, even the stubborn areas that would not budge before! I could literally eat WHATEVER I WANTED and not gain! It was fantastic, I love food, and so no lie I did not deny myself! (I miss it, actually.) Both kids naturally gave nursing up on their own in the toddler years, despite my sometimes worrying they would never do so! (People in my life advised me to “cut them off” but I didn’t, and we just let it run its natural course.)
Sure enough, once the nursing stopped, the weight slowly but surely started to creep back on, even with me watching what I ate. Boo! The break-up weight loss didn’t last either, and I gradually regained the 20 lost, which I am now in the process of working to take back off.
This brings me to an important point — if you want to lose weight, the WORST thing you can do is to go on some crazy fad or super restrictive diet. Doing so will only trigger your body’s primitive “starvation response” which will shut your metabolism down and make your body hoard fat stores like Fort Knox. Instead, you should follow a high protein, low calorie, high bulk plan like this one. When you are “dieting” correctly, you should actually literally have a hard time eating all that food and not experience hunger!
Hint: Because these plans have a very unrealistic (and wasteful) shopping list, I will try to repeat meals for several days in a row so that for example, you don’t use eat a cup of watermelon during the week and waste the rest, you have it at breakfast all week long, then switch things up the next week.)
In short, controlling your weight or losing excess weight healthfully is the single best thing you can do for BOTH your attractiveness and your health.
What your “most attractive and healthiest” weight will be depends on your personal situation. Some women really do look better and can carry off a little extra weight (mostly those with an hourglass figure like Anna Nicole Smith. Compare:
Although I would bet Anna was living a pretty unhealthy lifestyle too in the second pic, so perhaps it’s not a fair comparison, but I think she looks much better in the first image.
A controversial Facebook project called “The Harpoon Project” shows with the power of Photoshop how for the most part, like it or not, most women DON’T look better with excess weight, even Sports Illustrated Swimsuit models. Compare:

Ok, well that’s about all I can say about this. What do you think? Please share your thoughts in the comments!
It’s also a matter of your body shape. I naturally have a ridiculously low waist to hip ratio (0.65-0.7). Which is pretty cool, blessed be my genes and their maker.
But to see the full result of this I can neither be too thin or too fat. At 60kg I lose a lot of hip and thigh fat and some fullness to my bust. At 75 I lose the 27″ waist. I need to be careful both ends.
All is further compounded by the fact I literally have a big bone structure (my wrists are nearly as big as my husband’s, even though his hands are almost twice as big as mine and he’s over half a foot taller) and I used to be “big boned” (obese) and still have loose skin in parts from it.
For many girls weighing 68kg might be far too much, especially at 5’4″, because it puts me right into “overweight” with a BMI of 25.2. But if I were at my recommended weight of 55kg I would have a much flatter pear shape, less toned body, more ribs and lots of loose skin.
In short: It’s all about how your body comes together as a whole and how you sculpt your muscles and fat around the basic shape you’ve got.
While I don’t want to encourage humans to be fat, it’s the reverse for bears. Skinny bears are very unpopular. Curiously, the world’s most famous bear is skinny.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Winnie-the-Pooh
What’s a kilogram? Is that some measure used by people who can’t fly to the moon?
I had a girlfriend who stated that women should weigh 60 pounds less, or be 67℅, of her boyfriend s weight (whichever is greater).
This checks out.
I went on a date with a fat girl once. She was charming and very rich. Unfortunately, she smelled like my dirty clothes hamper; too many folds of flesh, I guess.
Lol bv, it’s some “metric system” thing the rest of the world uses! We are an international set here at RPG! 🙂
How on earth did they ever come up with the numbers in that pie chart?…did they just ask guys, ‘what’s most important to you,” or did they do some gigantic regression analysis of attributes versus perceived hotness? Either way, some of the results are a bit counterintuitive.
Good writeup, Bloom.
How true. And I am now inspired (really, I do need to get off my ass. Objects at rest stay at rest, and all that…)
🙂
On that note:
Slimmer women’s waist is associated with better erectile function in men.
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23264164
Seems like a good time for a fat joke.
Yo social justice warrior’s so fat, when she’s in the woods the bears hide their food!
(that one was for you, Fuzzie) 😉
British, complete with the fancy-pants South England accent, BV. 🙂
Breastfeeding is magical! I too don’t gain much weight in pregnancy. I usually drop down to my normal weight in a few days after birth. And then breastfeeding just sucks it out of me! I’m usually underweight while breastfeeding. Good genes, a healthy lifestyle, and a background in dance have helped as well. I think one of the best things a parent can do is model a healthy lifestyle for their kids.
Liz,
That was good! I am still laughing. The pigs are after that SJW too. Not only fat, but greedy to the point where it’s giving the pigs a bad name.
I went back to the pie chart. What an eye opener! It doesn’t take a whole lot of money for women to improve their appearance, does it?
“In short, controlling your weight or losing excess weight healthfully is the single best thing you can do for BOTH your attractiveness and your health.”
Yes, Bloom, totally agree. 🙂 I can’t believe how many calories breastfeeding must have been burning for me. Trying to get the rebound weight off! I hate having even a little excess weight… it just doesn’t feel right or comfortable and is annoying. Staying fit, thin, and strong is best.
” It doesn’t take a whole lot of money for women to improve their appearance, does it?”
Aw Fuzzie 🙂 it really doesn’t take having a lot of money, or a personal trainer or “personal dietician” like some people try to say as an excuse to not making fitness a priority. Even workout dvds are great to use – that’s what I lost the weight with after our first baby, and they are cheap to buy, even used. And a lot of it comes down to eating “clean” almost like paleo diet, and smaller portions. Even when we had very little money, this was totally doable.
ED was the focus of a Spanish academic a few years ago. Turns out it’s rampant when men look at pudgy middle aged women. It disappears when men look at a nubile woman.
I discount this obviously sexist study directed by a man. Because I know that my soulmate will just love me for who I am. So my dick is obligated to reciprocate. N’est-ce pas?
I must mention my surgeon friend again. She had to send one of her gyn-oncology patients to the Omaha zoo for her MRI. Because, size. Later the patient filed an ethics complaint, because Dr advised her that weighing 535 pounds was not healthy (damaged patient’s self esteem).
#womenofwalmart
I gradually regained the 20 lost, which I am now in the process of working to take back off.
Come to Degoba you could.
Exercise you I will.
Like Luke in good shape you will be
“She had to send one of her gyn-oncology patients to the Omaha zoo for her MRI. Because, size.”
Yikes. There’s one woman who can say
“When men meet me, the earth moves.”
(she might want to stay away from the elephants over there, they might think she’s an exotic piece of strange. Especially if they’re as easily confused as those manatees)
David click on the link to the website and he explains the reasoning… Subjective indeed but…
I hesitate to point this out, but given that we’re adults here…
There was nothing on that list about dilated pupils and stiff nipples.
Just sayin…
And some of the stuff on that chart is ridiculous.
Nakedness? That is *so* totally controllable.
Fit and quality of clothing? Give me a break. If a woman is in good enough shape, she can make a potato sack cinched with a piece of rope look sexy. And kinky, too.
I know several women who are excellent seamstresses, have nice sewing machines and make almost all their own clothes. They use styles and colors that compliment their features, they get their wardrobes cheap and their husbands are proud to take them anywhere. One of them buys dresses on the cheap from Ebay and alters them.
Daughter has a dance/party/wedding and needs a dress? Forget killing a day with shopping and teenage drama and then paying $200 – $300 at the store, it’s $50 in fabric, two weeks and 4 fitting later and she’s got a bespoke dress in a style and fit that makes her look good. And she gets to learn a useful skill while they’re at it.
Eye color is as simple as colored contact lenses, and some of them are *amazing*
Posture? That’s what high heels and the LBD were made to correct.
Skin quality, very controllable. Stay out of the sun, don’t smoke and eat lots of anti-oxidants. Done.
Butt size and shape: Bodyfat and squats, almost total control.
Hip to waist ratio: Function of bodyfat and specific exercise. Hanging knee-raises will shrink the waist nicely.
Liz,
I think elephants have good eyesight. Rhinos, on the other hand, do not.
Cue Dragnet Theme.
Lol Liz!!!!
How can I resist an offer like that, Yoda!?!? 🙂
Talk about a pink elephant in the room, when one must go to the zoo for an MRI
Dragnet! That was timely, Fuzzie. 😀
David Foster:
“How on earth did they ever come up with the numbers in that pie chart?…did they just ask guys, ‘what’s most important to you,” or did they do some gigantic regression analysis of attributes versus perceived hotness? Either way, some of the results are a bit counterintuitive.”
The men being surveyed weren’t necessarily straight, David.
😉
I’ve found that men (sorry, this probably won’t be well received) don’t usually have very good advice for women when it comes to slimming down/working out in a way that make’s her body look better. Take a look at gymnast’s bodies, or swimmer’s builds and see what I’m saying (say, Olympic level for best comparison). It’s 180 out, the women have strange builds, though they are in incredible shape. The men look like Greek gods. Women and men shouldn’t work out the same. I’ve seen a LOT of male personal trainers ruin women’s figures over time at the gym, while working their asses off. It’s pretty common.
I knew this woman back before she looked like a guy. She was in phenomenal shape, on the cover of Shape and Oxygen a few times. Now, she looks like this:
http://www.flexonline.com/sites/flexonline.com/files/styles/gallery_slide_612xany/public/7907.jpg?itok=5eax6A09
That’s not steriods and I’m as sure as can be she eats low carb. She just got thick. She is an extreme example, but i’ve seen it many times and this is the best example that comes to mind.
I don’t think raising knee lifts will slim a waist, for a woman that will more likely build it up. But it’s good for stomach muscles. I think the best ab workout for women is the boat pose and this one:
Heh, my last comment is in the mod queue but forgot to add also, the plank pose is your friend. Plank, the above pose, some pullups maybe, and a good cardo routine (but not excessive) are pretty much all you need. Plus, eat right.
I know women with huge butts from genetics, even when they have bones sticking out of their rib cage.
Just to add (sorry for the triple response) you don’t have to be able to do that pose in the image above for this exercise to work for you. Just the attempt to do it, for about 60 seconds every other day or so, will work out your core plenty. After a few weeks or months, you’ll be doing it.
Flexonline girl looks okay to me. She’s definitely hitting the squat rack.
Granted, she’s on track to look like Serena, from whom I would run.
Her bum looks good, but somehow the shoulders/arms/back looks too masculine (to me.)
You should have seen her back in the day, BV. 🙂
She started looking like this about a year later…she moved to LA when her husband took a one year remote assignment to the ROK, she was too short to compete as a model so she started really doing the weight training gig. They divorced shortly after, of course. He’s better off, they had different goals and now he has kids (which probably wouldn’t have happened with her).
FWIW, I have nothing bad to say about her (other than I think she overlifted, but she owns that now, it has made her successful). She is a sweet girl.
Sure, she’s pretty big but I have dated a lot athletes, and theyre ifferent. (Ex was an all american, tho in running, so no linebacker shoulders.). As Liz noted, you want an odd body, try a competitive swimmer. Their shoulders and backs (lats) are way distorted, and they carry more fat.
Re: the woman who had to go to the zoo for an MRI… that would just be horrible! I really feel for women who have that kind of trouble with weight, I’m pretty sure there must be some psychological issues there 😦 which is so sad.
So my husband wanted us to get a gym membership (mostly so he could have access to lifting again & where he could actually show me how and train me), it’s interesting being trained by your husband 😉 you can’t kill him or be angry at him when he’s making you do WAAAAY more than you want to do (ie. 10 lbs). Admittedly though, I’m a total wimp when it comes to serious weight lifting, in college and high school I was at a better strength place than I am now, but wow do I have a long way to go… and it’s flirtatious but also incredibly annoying to have your husband train you when you’re kinda bratty and wimpy lol. That and he tries to spank me there for the brattiness – not cool!!
There was a couple at our gym a couple weeks ago (I think a younger woman and older man, possibly father?) and the woman was so overweight 😦 I was so glad to see them there working out, but I could almost feel the insecurity and ashamedness from this woman from across the room 😦 I think it’s hard to be that overweight. It takes forever to get it to come off, and I think they probably get depressed about their bodies easily, and then put on more weight.
To me, this is the perfect body… but it is on the thinner side though.
Good thing I gave up competitive swimming! 🙂
…at age 12!
@ Dragonfly true, I am sure it is discouraging to think, “It will take soon long!” but really, the time will pass anyway, and if she sticks with it she will be glad and feel better about herself in the end, so that’s way better than giving up and not doing anything.
I saw a couple at the grocery store a few months back, and while I could tell she likely was his SMP/MMP equal back in the day, she was very overweight now and he was still buff, and trim, and attractive. I could almost feel HIS shame, and I guess I thought how unfair of her to not work to stay attractive to him as he had done for her. (She was very bossy in her attitude toward him as well, it was not a good vibe!) So I suppose it can go both ways.
But yes, way better to catch it at 20 pounds over and take action then let it get to 40, 60, 80+ over cause it is a REAL fight then.
Interesting Dragonfly, that’s about how thin I was after the break up and I thought I looked like a skeleton! 🙂 I like just a hair more curves myself, as I lose too much up top at that weight. (Maybe the gal in the photos is surgically enhanced?)
IMHO, the ideal is just a tad less thin/muscular, maybe more like this:
In my youth, I kid you not, this is what my figure was like! Those were the days…. 😉 Too bad I was so darn shy (or maybe it was a GOOD thing!)
I’m sure there’s a point where a person says, f*ck it and just eats whatever and gets fatter and fatter, because the battle to lose it would take so long and if you’re 100 pounds overweight…well, 20 more won’t even show. I think there’s a bit of a addiction too that comes into play because over eating can be a habit pattern just like anything else.
Heh, Mike and I often work out together too, Dragonfly. Just did our body is the barbell workout this morning. 🙂
Paulina Porizkova! I always loved her, Bloom. 😀
Absolutely breathtaking.
I have always thought she was one of the most stunning women, Liz. I am part Czech, too, so maybe it is in-group bias! DOn’t get me wrong, I am not saying I was as attractive as her overall, I wish, just similar! 🙂
I do wish now I had had some classy bikini shots taken back in the day tho! (Note to young 20s readers…photos for yourself for later! You have no idea how glorious you are right now!!!)
All the glamour photos! You do realize that the perception of beauty is subjective? This is what Yoda linked to months ago and I haven’t recovered.
She looks good in a bear suit! 😛
True Fuzzie, I would be curious to know what men see as the ideal figure (although I suppose this varies by guy somewhat.) I have noticed what women perceive as female beauty is not always the same as what men see… although odds are anyone on the cover of Sports Illustrated fits that category! Lol.
RPG,
For all practical intents, men see women on a pass/fail basis. Above a certain threshold, different for each guy, having certain characteristics, different for each guy, and not being too attractive, therefore out of his league, is what motivates us.
From a female point of view, to assess your effect, it’s like a light switch. Either he is into you or he is not. The good news is that men are collectively very open.
@ RPG
Male preference also varies by region… Thin is definitely preferred in East Asia, while a more curvy look is appreciated in Latin America.
That is true, Gumdeo. Good point!
I forget who said it (Maybe Rollo from the rational male?) that men have a much wider range of what they deem “attractive” than women do. Despite all the “dad bod” talk, women pretty much consider the classic Michelangelo “David” style bod the ideal.
not

Love Paulina, Bloom! My favorite semi-current model is Edita Vilkeviciute… she’s Lithuanian… a large portion of my mother’s family came from Poland, which used to be combined at one time with Lithuania, so I totally understand the in-group biased thing of feeling affection there.
And Fuzzie, you’re right, sometimes I think women are way more critical of the “perfect body” than most men probably are.
I am not familiar with her so I will have a look! But wow — her name sure is a mouthful 🙂
She seems a little thinner than Paulina… its sad that models keep getting thinner and thinner than they were in the 80’s/ 90’s
She is quite lean but then again some people are just born with that body type, she looks healthy even if she’s lean, which is far better (IMHO) than a gaunt/starved look. Luckily that herion chic thing, where models seemed to live on drugs and cigarettes and booze, went out of style.
I’m so pleased I got thru the day without posting *my* pictorials of female beauty.
And so are they.
Lol bv! Did you have to sit on your hands to stop yourself? 😉
I had a girlfriend who stated that women should weigh 60 pounds less, or be 67℅, of her boyfriend s weight (whichever is greater). This checks out.
No thanks. That’s quite a bit heavier than I’d like to be. I currently weigh 148 lbs (27% body fat), and am pretty happy at this weight. My FwB currently weighs 275 lbs (35% body fat). I’d rather not be 215 or 184! 😛
These numbers may work for a lot of couples, but it doesn’t seem to do it for everyone.
Instead, you should follow a high protein, low calorie, high bulk plan…
Plus drink a few cups of good ol’ water and/or green tea everyday. It’s amazing how much of a person’s excess weight is due to retained water because we don’t hydrate our bodies enough. Combine this with the crap in a lot of foods (high fructose corn syrup and high levels of sodium, anyone?) and it’s easy to see where simple dietary changes can really add up. Getting proper amounts of sleep help lower your stress hormones too, which also helps you to lose weight.
More sleep…I think Bloom would enjoy this one! 😉
Dragonfly: “its sad that models keep getting thinner and thinner than they were in the 80’s/ 90’s”
Yeah, I get that. But at the same time … I think its a reaction to the FATTY epidemic. Over reaction ? Maybe.
My current girlfriend is 5-4 and 105 lbs. Not much in the boob department and a tight little tummy that I just love to stroke. Ass like a boy’s. Just love to touch her and she loves to be touched. And I have to tell you … it is just such a joy to be with a woman who is slim, attractive and not overweight. And who has no “body issues”. Not a fatty and none of the fatty issues. She may be flat-chested but she knows she is sexy. And, jesus, the number of fatties out there who think they are owed the world. They got a vagina … men are just suppose to line up and worship her. LOL, … well, just No. And the worst ? Millions of fatty’s think the same way. They got a “V” men are supposed to line up. Its unreal !!!
And, yeah, it goes both ways. Its like how my girl finds it a joy that she has a real man who is not afraid to take charge, tell her what to do, and fuck her good. So it goes both ways, big time. Women are sick to death of mangina, metro-sexual, panzie boys who are too stupid to know that men are supposed to lead. Women are supposed to follow … yeah, they know that … men don’t.
Our society is so messed up in so many ways. As for my current girl ..its amazing. Men can get hard over a shitty photo in a mag from 30 years ago and blow a load doing it. Did stupid shit like that myself as a teen. JC Penney catalog of Bras for women ? No PROBLEM !!! Lol, yeah I was young, foolish, and horny.
But for women … not so much. Different deal. Yeah, women can “fake-it” like no other. Master manipulators. But a real orgasm for a woman … can’t be faked. Its real, its visceral. Bad boyz make it come. A real man does too. A beta chump … well, they can fake it and mangina’s can’t tell anyway. With my current girl ? She was here the other day. Made her come 3 times before I did. In the first round. Then I made her ride me; just love that shit and she knows it. Grabbed her by her hips and swung her on top if me. I’m her boy toy. Cum for me. And then cum again. She did. And the 3rd was the best. Ever give a woman an orgasm and she gets the “red splotches on her chest” ? Where she turns crimson below her collar bone and above her boobs. And her skin crawls ? I knew she was about to cum that way, so pulled her close had my breath in her ear and my chest up against mine … when her skin was crawling .. .it was up against mine. I just LOVE THAT SHIT !!! And I whispered in her ear … “good girl. That was a good one … I love it when you cum for me”. And know what … she knew it was true. Fuck yeah it was true.
Fuck yeah. Gents. And ladies. That is what sex is about.
But I wasn’t done, lol, I gave her a break and was gonna get my second O … she’d had plenty of fun by then … but she had to pee. LOL, Yeah after all that … she went to the bathroom to pee. So I waited. And this time … IT WAS FOR ME. But the whole thing had turned her on more than I realized. She kept squirming and moaning as I started fucking her. So I grabbed her by the wrists and held her down. And she kept at it, so I pinned her to the bed, held her down … bitch … THIS IS FOR ME !!! So yeah, I PINNED HER TO THE BED MY FUCK TOY >>> YOU HAD YOUR TURN >>> NOW ITS MY TURN !!! As I was getting ready to come … I opened my eyes and looked into hers … they were closed … but I saw all that I needed to know. Do you know the look on a woman’s face when she’s coming ? And yeah … dude or duddett’s your face is fucked up too when you come. Grow up and get over it. Its all weird. When you do it enough, you realize that the weird bizarre face is a sign of Ecstasy. So: while I was holding her down to get myself off .. she was cuming and cuming and cuming.. Ever have an orgasm that lasted 3 minutes? Haha, trick question for the guys … the answer is NO. Its about 15 seconds and no you can’t prolong it. For the women ? Maybe … and you’d kill for that shit !!! This chick was coming like mad … cuming and cuming and cuming. Yeah. She’ll be coming back for more.
Guess the lesson here is that men find skinny women attractive and fat women repulsive. If a guy finds you attractive, he’ll go to the ends of the earth to satisfy you because he wants to make sure that you’ll come back for more. A fatty ? He doesn’t give a shit; pump/dump. Fatties are a dime a dozen.
Women … get skinny !!!
Wow Rocket, I think I need a cigarette! 😉 Lol
Thanks for adding that, ahem, happy ending!
Yes, very true Tarn water, water, water! And good sleep and low stress keep cortisol levels low. Have you ever known someone on cortisone? They pack on the pounds like no tomorrow!
More sleep, that DOES sound nice! 🙂
Yes, I did, as a matter of fact. When I rented a room in college, my landlady was on numerous medications and supplements, cortisone included. She wasn’t a sedentary person, but was always extremely overweight…over 300 lbs! I always felt so bad, because she truly was a lovely and kind woman, very giving to our local community, yet always had so many health problems.
Diabetes, spiked heart rate, irregular blood pressure, depression, numbness in her legs, and difficulty breathing during almost any remotely strenuous physical activity. So many reasons to stay fit!
Thanks bloom, didn’t know if you’d allow it to stand. So thanks for that. All true by the way.
@ tarn, yes my hairdresser had to take cortisonee after a car accident and she put on 70 pounds w/I a few months. Not good. Chronic ongoing stress increases natural cortisone hormones w a similar effect.
Oh I don’t doubt it Rocket! I think in round two she was lost in sub space, trancing out. Sounds fun. Enjoy!

Yeah, guess you get it … another female, cause I think you are right on. I didn’t go into detail on round one. But round 2 is where it started. She knows I want her to ride me and yet seemed surprised when I wanted her on top. So I grabbed her and swung her on top of me. Ride me bitch !!! From that point on … it was gravy. News for the dudes … women react when you take control.
I had no idea this thread was still going strong. I think that i need a cigarette too.
Dragonfly,
Men view women differently than women view themselves. Men are looking for positives to appreciate, women are looking for negatives to correct.
While the thread has dropped the subject. I don’t know how much fat is in human milk but, for cows it’s 3% and the highest I have heard of is for seals at 17%. I can see how breast feeding could be a natural form of liposuction.
Fuzzie, http://www.businessinsider.com/breast-milk-fat-content-2015-9
How much fat content depends on many things but the human brain grows very rapidly during the first two years, and a high fat diet from nursing is the perfect fuel for that rapid brain development. Baby wins w perfect nutrition on tap to meet his or her needs combined w nurturing, mom wins w whittled fat stores! Smart design! 😉
RPG,
Smart design, yes. It’s hard to improve on nature.
I don’t know why there is such a difference in numbers.
“I’m so pleased I got thru the day without posting *my* pictorials of female beauty.
And so are they.”
But today is another day.
(perhaps you need a little persuading….I’ll start the chant)
Do it! Do it!
😛
@ fuzzie my guess would be its based on how much energy and fat stores the individual species needs to survive in the climatd they face combined with the rate of growth of the offspring. But that’s just a guess? Animals who live in a cold or harsh climate with young who develop from babies to adults quickly need the most milk fat?
That would make me a cad, wouldn’t it Liz? If not a scumbag.
Close call!
Oh, now Liz’s angel is wrestling with Liz’s devil.
This could be bad…very bad…
But angel scores! Never go full bore ebul!
Whew, that was close indeed.
Good call, BV.
🙂
Thanks for referring me to The Rules Revisited, which is a great blog.
*Sidenote: Also, let us know when you want to move on the Ladies Again article!
Indeed Lilac! That was the first red pill blog I stubbled across and it was like, “Wow, why I have I never heard any of this before??? It makes so much sense!” Every gal should read every article there, IMHO!
Yes, thank you for the reminder, let’s do your guest post next Monday, OK? Would that work for you being able to field questions/comments/etc? Or if not, what day of the week would be best?
Monday works for us. We’ll make a note that the post will publish on Monday, and reply to comments from there.
Sounds like a plan Lilac! Looking forward to it 🙂
Sounds good!
